This product should be wall-mounted and operated in ducted mode whenever possible. In recirculating mode, an extra charcoal filter is needed, and a dip in performance is expected. Check out our blog post for details on ducted vs. recirculating operation.

- Price includes tax, delivery, and installation within Dar es Salaam. For areas outside of Dar es Salaam, please check our Delivery & Installation page.
- The warranty is void if the product is not installed by Newmatic.
- This product has a 1-year appliance warranty and a 5-year motor warranty.
- In locations with unstable power supply, a voltage regulator is highly recommended. Products damaged by power surges or brownouts will not be covered by warranty.
- Install Newmatic kitchen appliances only after construction. Damage from construction debris/dust will not be covered under warranty. Please check our Warranty & Return Policy for more details.
Return and Refund Policy
- Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return it to our delivery staff immediately.
- For post-delivery returns, please ensure that all products, components, accessories, and packaging are intact in the original carton box.
- No cash refunds after payment. A credit note voucher will be issued instead.
- Installed or tampered items cannot be refunded.
