- The product may shatter if the surfaces are not level or stable. Newmatic reserves the right to refuse installation if conditions are deemed unsuitable.

Return and Refund Policy
- Please inspect your goods upon delivery. If you are unsatisfied, return the goods to our delivery staff immediately.
- For post-delivery returns, please ensure that all products, components, accessories, and packaging are intact in the original carton box.
- No cash refunds after payment. A credit note voucher will be issued instead.
- Installed or tampered items cannot be refunded.
