Motor and mechanism – We have armed Ronix RH-4040 with a mighty 1-horsepower motor that needs 220 to 240V AC power to turn on and deal with any pumping situation. This mighty motor can produce a wide range of flow range from 0.6 to 10m3/h alongside a minimum and maximum pumping head of 2.8 and 9m respectively. This immense power is possible because of this motor’s capability to rotate RH-4040’s impeller at a maximum speed of 2850RPM which results in a working pressure of 0.9 bar.

Body – To keep its weight under control without sacrificing rigidity or durability, we have equipped our RH-4040 model with a PP housing with a protection rating of IP68 that protects its internals against external harmful factors. In addition to the external housing, the motor housing is made of PP. These material choices work together to create a durable and lightweight product that only weighs 4.7kg. Additionally, the internal components of the RH-4040 model are made of durable and high-quality materials too. We have used stainless steel for its shaft while its impeller is made of PPO and its coil winding is done using high-percentage copper. The exterior body also has a 1 ½ inch wide outlet pipe that can pass solid objects with a maximum diameter of 4mm.

Thermal protection system – Ronix RH-4040 is packed with safety and precautionary features as well. A thermal protection system prevents its motor from overheating while the ceramic/graphite mechanical seal works with its external PP housing to offer a B-class insulation.

Working temperature and depth – The features mentioned above, enable Ronix RH-4040 to work in waters as deep as 5m while also helping its internal machinery and the motor to work dry for 30 seconds without getting damaged. Also, thanks to the use of robust materials and the aforementioned protective systems, the RH-4040 model can operate at 40 degrees Celsius while also being able to work with liquids as hot as 35 degrees Celsius.

Accessories and packaging – The RH-4040 model comes conveniently packaged in a Ronix color box alongside a few accessories. These accessories include a power cable that is 9m long and a floating switch. This switch senses the absence or presence of water and turns off the device’s motor when there is no water available, preventing the motor from running dry and damaging itself.
