Motor and mechanism – Ronix RH-4031 is equipped with a powerful and robust motor that needs a 220 to 240V AC power source to work and can rotate its attached impeller at a maximum speed of 2850 RPM. This motor is 1 horsepower strong and can offer a flow range of 0.6 to 9.5m³/h in addition to a pumping head range of 2.8 to 9m. This much power is accompanied by the RH-4031 model’s ability to work in waters as deep as 5m, making our RH-4031 model perfectly suitable for working in a submerged state. It is also worth mentioning that Ronix RH-4031 can work dry for a maximum duration of 30 seconds and has a working pressure of 0.9 bar.
Body – Since Ronix RH-4031 is designed to work submerged in water, having an insulating yet lightweight exterior is not an option, but a must. This is why we have made its outer body and the motor housing with PP material that features a protection level of IP68. Furthermore, Ronix RH-4031 is armed with an ergonomic and easy-to-hold handle that simplifies its handling and transport. Also, we have incorporated a 1 ½ inch wide outlet in its body that can pass through solid materials as wide as 4mm. Keeping the tradition of using high-quality and durable materials in our tools and devices, we have made the RH-4031 model’s impeller from PPO while using stainless steel for its shaft and incorporating highly pure copper for its coin winding. All of these material choices go hand in hand to ensure a long-lasting service life for our RH-4031 model.
Safety – In addition to a powerful motor and durable materials, Ronix RH-4031 is also packed with safety and precautionary features. For instance, it is armed with a ceramic/graphite mechanical seal that offers a B insulation class, further enhancing the RH-4031 model’s ability to keep the water out of its internal machinery. Also, its motor features a thermal protector that prevents overheating by turning the motor off upon exceeding the temperature limit.
Working temperature – It is also worth mentioning that Ronix RH-4031 can operate at a maximum ambient temperature of 40 degrees Celsius and because of its robust internals, can pump liquids as hot as 35 degrees Celsius without breaking any sweat.
Accessories and packaging – Just like other members of our lineup of submersible pumps, Ronix RH-4031 also comes packaged included with a 9m-long cable and a float switch. This float switch is another layer of protection and is responsible for turning the motor off when there is no water or liquid available, preventing damage from running dry. These accessories and the pump itself come conveniently packaged in a Ronix color box.
